A week ago I spotted this contest and thought it would be nice to start being a deviant with participating in a communtity contest. I browsed through the okami art and made some quick sketches after that. Sadly I got the scans of my sketches a bit late so I had only two days to make this. It isn't the result I tried to achieve but this is where my time ends :D
Considering how much I've worked on this one I'm really glad I could make it this far even if it's not as ready as I wanted.
It's been a really long time since I've finished something I once started with drawing...
so thank you for this contest. it forced me to pull myself together (as much as possible depending on the circumstances :) )
Well I hope it looks unusual but still Okami like x3
the sun goddess is missing due to lack of time :P but consider her being there in the sunshine behind the ballon/logo : P

hope I don't mess up the submission :/
I need to go to bed asap so enjoy.

Ever wanted to turn up the intelligence on your tv like turning up the volume?
Mine has a knob on it that said "brightness" but it didn't work...

You should have joined sooner! The background is very reminiscent of the game and the style the developers went for. I'd like to see what else you can do. :deviation:
